摘要

液化天然气(LNG)接收站相关核心技术与关键设备长期以来被国外技术垄断,项目建设投资和设备采购价格难以掌控。中国海油形成了3种LNG装备的国产化科研模式,有效推进了国内LNG装备制造业发展。以LNG气化器、LNG潜液泵和LNG储罐罐顶防爆型起重机为例,重点介绍中国海油LNG关键装备的国产化科研模式,总结国产化研究过程中的经验和注意事项,为后续LNG和其他行业的装备国产化提供参考。

Abstract

With the development of clean energy,liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminals have developed rapidly in China.However,the relating core technologies and key equipment for LNG receiving terminals have long been monopolized by foreign companies,China's companies are difficult to control the project construction investment and equipment purchase price.Since CNOOC built the first LNG terminal in China,it has developed three scientific research modes for locally-manufacturing LNG equipment,effectively promoting China's development in the LNG equipment manufacturing industry.Taking LNG vaporizer,LNG submersible pump and LNG tank top explosion-proof crane as examples,this paper mainly introduces CNOOC's research modes for the localization of LNG key equipment manufacture,and summarizes the experiences and precautions in the process of localization research,which provides reference for the subsequent localization of equipment manufacture in LNG and other industries.
