摘要
为了提高煤制乙二醇聚酯级产品的收率、降本增效,选择了乙二醇液相加氢技术对煤制乙二醇工艺进行改造。设计了液相加氢工艺流程、乙二醇液相加氢与乙二醇精馏耦合流程。通过工业化运行表明,液相加氢效果明显,极大地提高了工业级乙二醇的紫外透光率;通过液相加氢后工业级乙二醇的循环,使聚酯级乙二醇收率达到100%。
Abstract
In order to improve the polyester grade product yield of coal to ethylene glycol (EG),decrease the cost and increase the economic efficiency,liquid phase hydrogenation technology for industrial grade EG is chosen to renovate the actual coal to EG plant.Both the liquid phase hydrogenation process and the liquid phase hydrogenation coupling with EG distillation process are designed.The result from industrial operation shows that the effect of liquid phase hydrogenation is obvious,which can greatly improve the UV transmittance of industrial grade EG.The yield of polyester grade EG reaches 100% through the circulation of industrial grade EG after liquid phase hydrogenation.
