摘要

介绍了神华准能集团开发的粉煤灰盐酸法提取氧化铝技术,该技术解决了制约盐酸法工业化的三大难题,即分离除杂、设备腐蚀以及"三废"对环境的二次污染;同时分析了该技术的经济性,认为其成本低、有较强的市场竞争力。

Abstract

This paper introduces the hydrochloric acid leaching method for extracting alumina from fly ash,which is developed by CHN Energy Zhunneng Group,including the effective measures to settle three major difficult problems which restrict the industrialization of the method,including the separation and removal of impurities,equipment corrosion and secondary pollution of the wastes.It is thought through analyzing the economy that this method exhibits a low production cost and will have strong market competitiveness.
