摘要
以γ-氧化铝(γ-Al2O3)为载体,采用共沉淀法制备Cu-Mn-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化剂,构建臭氧-Cu-Mn-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化臭氧化降解体系。在不同条件下,考察Cu-Mn-Ce/γ-Al2O3对布洛芬废水处理效果的影响,并对催化剂进行XRD、TEM和BET表征。结果表明,在反应初始溶液pH=7、臭氧投加量为30 mg/min、Cu-Mn-Ce负载量为20%及催化剂质量为0.45 g的条件下,布洛芬废水中TOC的去除率最高可达80.96%;Cu-Mn-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化剂重复使用5次后,废水中TOC的去除率从80.96%降低至75.31%,表明该催化剂的稳定性和重复利用性较好。
Abstract
γ-Alumina (γ-Al2O3) is used as a carrier to make Cu-Mn-Ce/γ-Al2O3 catalyst through co-precipitation method.An ozone-Cu-Mn-Ce/γ-Al2O3 catalytic ozonation degradation system is constructed.Ibuprofen wastewater is treated with Cu-Mn-Ce/γ-Al2O3 and ozone under different catalytic performance conditions to explore the influence of different conditions on the treatment effect.The catalysts are characterized by XRD,TEM and BET.The experimental result shows that the removal rate of TOC in ibuprofen wastewater can reach up to 80.96% under the conditions that the initial pH of solution is 7,the adding velocity of ozone is 30 mg·min-1,the dosage of catalyst is 0.45 g and the catalyst loads 20% of Cu-Mn-Ce.Reuse experiment shows that the removal rate of TOC in wastewater can still reach 75.31% after the catalyst has been used for five times,indicating a good stability and reusability.
