摘要

为寻找一种高效清洁的液体除硫剂,对已合成的3种三嗪类除硫剂(THT、TMP和TP)分别进行了除硫性能评价和产物分析。通过控制变量法分别考察了温度、pH、H2S质量浓度、除硫剂浓度、反应时间对除硫效率的影响,及不同除硫剂的吸附容量和产物形态的对比。结果表明,除硫剂较适宜的反应温度为50~55℃(油相中应适当升温);碱性条件更有利于吸收H2S;宜用于较低H2S质量浓度的油气藏;除硫剂质量分数分别在40%、30%和50%时更经济环保;反应时间不宜超过5 h;产物可逆性均较小且属实际无毒;其中THT的反应产物中有大量白色沉淀。3种三嗪类除硫剂均有优良的除硫性能,但使用的条件范围均有限制,其中以TMP的除硫性能最优良,且与H2S反应的产物更环保。

Abstract

In order to find out a high-efficiency and clean liquid desulfurizers,the desulfurization performance evaluation and products analysis on three kinds of synthetic triazine desulfurizers (THT,TMP and TP) are carried out.The effects of temperature,pH,H2S mass concentration,desulfurizer concentration,and reaction time on the efficiency of desulfurization efficiency are investigated via the control variable method,and the adsorption capacity of different desulfurizers and product morphology are compared.It is shown that the suitable reaction temperature for desulfurizers is in the range 50-55℃ (the temperature shall be appropriately increased in an oil phase);alkaline conditions are more conducive to the absorption of H2S;the desulfurizers are suitable for oil and gas reservoirs with lower H2S content;It is more economic and environmentally friendly when the mass fraction of desulfurizer is at 40 wt%,30 wt% and 50 wt%;the reaction time shall not exceed 5 hours;the reversibility of products is relatively small and is actually non-toxic;among the products,there are a large number of white precipitates in the reaction products over THT.Three kinds of triazine desulfurizers all have excellent desulfurization performance,but their applications are all limited in some conditions ranges.Among them,TMP has the best desulfurization performance,and the products that it reacts with H2S are more environmentally friendly.
