摘要
以NaOH与FeSO4·7H2O为原料,在纯氧加压条件下反应得到铁红晶种,并研究了其转化为α-Fe2O3的历程。利用X射线衍射仪、激光粒度仪与场发射扫描电镜等对产物进行表征。结果表明,产物的晶型、颜色均与空气法晶种氧化出来的α-Fe2O3相同。但是纯氧法可节省大量时间、提高生产效率,且通过控制反应时间可以得到所需粒径与颜色的铁红产品。
Abstract
Ferric oxide red crystal seeds are obtained through reacting NaOH with FeSO4·7H2O under pure oxygen pressure conditions and the process of FeSO4·7H2O to α-Fe2O3 is studied.The product is characterized by an X-ray diffractometer,a laser particle size analyzer,and a field emission scanning electron microscope.The results show that the amorphous form of δ-FeOOH is formed under oxygen conditions,and can be further oxidized to α-Fe2O3,and the seed form and color of the product are the same as the α-Fe2O3 synthesized by air crystal seed method.However,the pure oxygen method can save more time and gain a higher production efficiency than air crystal seed method.Through controlling the reaction time,the ferric oxide product with desired particle size and color can be obtained.
