摘要
以玉米淀粉(CSt)为原料,甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为阳离子单体,采用过硫酸铵-热双引发体系快速制备淀粉接枝共聚物CSt-g-DMC。通过单因素实验优化得到较佳制备工艺:DMC质量分数为12%、温度为110℃、反应时间为30 min。利用FT-IR、XRD、SEM和TGA-FTIR对产物结构进行表征。结果表明,CSt已成功接枝DMC,产物是无定形态的多孔物;在氮气保护的受热过程中,产物所接入的DMC基团能稳定至214℃;对于质量浓度为500 mg/L的高岭土悬浮液,当CSt-g-DMC质量浓度为4.0 mg/L时絮凝效果最好。
Abstract
Starch graft copolymer (CSt-g-DMC) is prepared by using corn starch (CSt) as raw material,and methacryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) as cationic monomer.Polymerization is initiated by using ammonium persulfate-heat as a double initiator system.Through single factor experiment,the optimum preparation process is obtained as follows:the mass fraction of DMC is 12%,temperature maintains at 110℃,and reaction lasts for 30 min.The structure of the product is characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM and TGA-FTIR.It is shown that DMC has successfully grafted onto CSt,and the product is an amorphous porous material.During the heating process protected in nitrogen atmosphere,DMC group of the product remains thermal stable under 214℃.For kaolin suspension with a mass volume concentration of 500 mg·L-1,the flocculation effect will be the best when the dosage of CSt-g-DMC is 4.0 mg·L-1.
