摘要

采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列CuO改性的HY分子筛催化剂,通过XRD、N2吸附-脱附、NH3-TPD、Py-IR等手段对改性HY分子筛进行结构表征。结果表明,金属活性组分的引入能够有效地调变分子筛的酸性。在温度为100℃、反应时间4 h条件下,考察了不同CuO负载量的CuO/HY对芳烃和苯甲醇的催化性能。结果表明,最优负载量催化剂为2% CuO/HY,在甲苯和苯甲醇的Friedel-Crafts苄基化反应中具有良好的催化活性。在反应温度为100℃、反应时间为15 min的条件下,苯甲醇的转化率和二苯甲烷(DPM)选择性均达到100%,其性能远远优于HY分子筛本身的催化性能。

Abstract

A series of CuO modified HY molecular sieve catalysts are prepared by incipient wetness method,and are characterized by means of XRD,SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,Py-IR and so on.The results show that the addition of CuO can effectively adjust the acidity of HY molecular sieve.The performance of the catalysts with different CuO loadings has been evaluated in catalyzing the reaction between aromatics and benzyl alcohol under 100℃ for 4 h.It is found the optimal catalyst is 2%CuO/HY that exhibits excellent catalytic activity in Friedel-Crafts benzylization reaction between toluene and benzyl alcohol.Over 2%CuO/HY,both the conversion of benzyl alcohol and the selectivity of diphenylmethane can reach 100% at 373 K in 15 min,representing a far superior catalytic performance than pure HY molecular sieves.
