摘要
研究了过氧化氢间接法制备ε-己内酯的影响因素。比较了不同催化剂的效果,并考察了铁离子对过氧乙酸制备的影响,进一步研究了反应器表面不同状态下的过氧化物稳定性。在排除了材料影响后,使用固体酸催化中试反应的ε-己内酯收率为30%,达到了预期。反应后期进一步提高温度,过氧化物发生快速分解,收率不会进一步提高,但可保证后续精馏系统的安全性。
Abstract
The influencing factors for the indirect preparation of ε-caprolactone by hydrogen peroxide are studied.The effects of various catalysts on reaction are compared,and the influence of iron ion on the preparation of peracetic acid is evaluated.Furthermore,the stability of peroxides in reactor with different surface conditions is also researched.After excluding the influence of material,the yield of ε-caprolactone reaches 30% in a pilot scale test catalyzed by solid acid,achieving the prospective target.Raising the temperature in final reaction stage can cause peroxides to decompose rapidly and will not enhance the yield again,but can ensure the safety of rectification system.
