摘要

为优化超临界反应条件,提高焦化废水中污染物去除率,开发了一种适用于超临界的新型Ir-Ta/Ti催化剂,考察了温度、压力、反应时间、过氧比对焦化废水中化学需氧量(COD)及氨氮(NH3-N)去除率的影响。以COD、NH3-N去除率最大及温度最低为目标,对实验条件进行优化,结果表明,在温度为451.45℃、压力为26 MPa、反应时间为81.63 s、过氧比为2.42时,焦化废水中COD的去除率可达到最高为99.59%,NH3-N去除率达到最高为99.12%。

Abstract

In order to optimize the supercritical reaction conditions and improve the treatment efficiency of coking wastewater by supercritical reaction,a kind of novel Ir-Ta/Ti catalyst is developed for supercritical reaction.The influences of temperature,pressure,reaction time and peroxide ratio on the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and ammoniacal nitrogen (NH3-N) in coking wastewater are investigated.The experimental conditions are optimized through aiming at the highest removal rates of the COD and NH3-N,and the lowest reaction temperature.It is shown that both the removal rates of COD and NH3-N can reach their highest values,99.59% and 99.12%,respectively when the temperature is at 451.45℃,the pressure is 26 MPa,the reaction lasts for 81.63 s and the peroxygen ratio is 2.42.
