摘要

对紫外光照射及不同纳米粒子(C、Cu、ZnO)对赤藻糖醇基相变材料的结晶过冷度、结晶进程以及过冷度不稳定性的影响进行了研究。结果表明,紫外光在改善赤藻糖醇过冷稳定性的同时可缓解结晶过冷度,过冷度最大可降低84.00%;当颗粒质量分数分别为0.05%、0.1%、0.2%以及0.3%时,添加石墨的纳米流体的结晶过冷度相对于同质量分数下添加铜(氧化锌)的纳米流体的结晶过冷度分别降低27.34%、27.16%、22.52%及12.90%(24.39%、19.91%、5.49%及1.22%)。C、Cu以及ZnO质量分数分别为0.1%、0.3%及0.2%时可以得到优质的纳米流体。

Abstract

The effects of ultraviolet irradiation and nanoparticles(C,Cu and ZnO) on the crystallization of erythritol-based phase change materials are studied.Results show that ultraviolet light can improve the supercooling stability of erythritol,and reduce the supercooling degree of crystallization by up to 84.00%.When the mass fractions of particles are 0.05%,0.1%,0.2% and 0.3%,respectively,the crystallization supercooling degrees of the nanofluids added with graphite particles decrease by 27.34%,27.16%,22.52% and 12.90%,respectively,compared with the decreases of 24.39%,19.91%,5.49% and 1.22% for those added with Cu (ZnO) particles;High quality nanofluids can be obtained when the addition amounts of C,Cu and ZnO are 0.1%,0.3% and 0.2%,respectively.
