摘要
以磺化腐植酸(SHA)、丙烯酸(AA)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,制备了SHA/AA/PVA有机保水剂。采用响应曲面法对SHA/AA/PVA的合成工艺进行优化,并研究了其表面形貌、吸水性能及保水应用性能。结果表明,0.5 g PVA、1 g SHA、5.08 g 70%中和度AA、0.06 g MBA、0.48 g KPS、反应温度75℃为SHA/AA/PVA有机保水剂的最优制备工艺,其吸水率为 483.29 g/g。保水剂具有明显的网状结构,有利于水的进入和养分的保存。保水剂吸水12 h后趋近于饱和,且在吸收一定量水分后可以对干燥环境进行缓慢释放,从而保持沙土湿润,为植物生长提供所需水分。
Abstract
Sulfated humic acid (SHA) is obtained by extracting humic acid (HA) from weathered lignite and using sodium hydrogen sulfite as sulfonating agent.SHA/AA/PVA organic water retention agent is prepared by using SHA,acrylic acid (AA) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as raw materials.Response surface methodology is employed to optimize the synthesis process of SHA/AA/PVA,and study its surface morphology,water (salt) adsorption performance and water retention application performance.The optimal conditions for preparation of SHA/AA/PVA water retention agent include 0.5 g PVA,1 g SHA,5.08 g 70% neutralization AA,0.06 g MBA,0.48 g KPS,and 75℃.SHA/AA/PVA water retention agent prepared under the optimal conditions has a water and salt-water absorption rate of 483.29 g·g-1.This agent has a distinct network structure,which is beneficial to the entry of water and the preservation of nutrients.It approaches saturation after 12 hours,and can slowly release water to dry environment after absorbing a certain amount of water,thereby keeping the sand moist and providing the required water for plant growth.
