摘要

针对渤海稠油油田注聚过程中易堵塞、堵塞物复杂等问题,在明确注聚井复合垢成分的基础上,通过聚合物降解率、洗油率、溶蚀率、腐蚀率进行解堵液成分筛选及优化,并通过静态解除率、一维填砂管模型驱替实验等对解堵液的综合性能进行评价。通过实验确定了一种乳液型解堵液配方:1%氧化物SOU/DPG+5%石油醚/二甲苯+2% OP-10+5%柠檬酸/草酸+0.5%咪唑啉季铵盐,该体系对渤海稠油油田注聚井复合垢的静态解除率可达88.3%,模拟地层渗透率恢复率为91.22%,并具有较低的腐蚀率和较高的安全性。

Abstract

In view of the problems of easy plugging and complicated blockages during the polymers injecting process in Bohai heavy oil field,on the basis of defining the composition of compound scale in polymer-injecting well,the composition of plugging removal solution is screened and optimized through the degradation rate of polymers,oil washing rate,dissolution rate and corrosion rate.The comprehensive performance of the plugging removal solution is evaluated by static removal rate and one-dimensional sand pack model displacement experiment.Through experiment,an emulsion-type plugging removal solution system formula is determined as follows:1% SOU/DPG+5% petroleum ether/xylene+2% OP-10+5% citric acid/oxalic acid+0.5% imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt.This system can achieve a static removal rate of 88.3% for the composite scale in polymer-injecting well of Bohai heavy oil field,and a recovery rate of 91.22% for the simulated formation permeability.Moreover,it shows low corrosion rate and high safety property.
