摘要
三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯(TMPTO)具有黏度指数高、环境友好等特点,但酯类基础油极易水解。为了改善基础油的水解,选取2种抗水解剂N,N'-二异丙基碳化二亚胺(DIC)以及2-甲基-2-GFDA1唑啉分别加入到TMPTO中,通过ASTM D261-09进行实验,考察其对TMPTO水解的抑制作用。结果表明,随着2种抗水解剂质量分数的增加,抑制TMPTO水解的作用也越强。DIC和2-甲基-2-GFDA1唑啉的最适宜质量分数分别为0.5%和0.8%,其中DIC的抗水解效能更高。加入抗水解剂不会对极压抗磨性和抗腐蚀性能产生影响。
Abstract
Trimethylolpropane oleate (TMPTO) has been widely used as a petroleum product with a more than 90% of biodegradation rate,high viscosity index and environmental friendliness.However,ester-series base oils are more susceptible to be hydrolysis in humid environment,resulting in oil loss or even machine failure.In order to improve this shortage,two representative anti-hydrolysis agents including N,N'-diisopropyl carbodiimide (DIC) and 2-methyl-2-oxazoline are selected and respectively added into TMPTO.ASTM D2619-09(2014) "Hydraulic Fluid Hydrolysis Stability Test Method (Beverage Bottle Method)" is carried out to investigate their inhibition of TMPTO hydrolysis by each anti-hydrolysis agent alone at different contents.The hydrolytic stability of TMPTO is found to increase with the increasing dosage of anti-hydrolysis agent.The optimum dosages of DIC and 2-methyl-2-oxazoline are 0.5% and 0.8%,respectively.Between them,DIC has higher hydrolysis resistance.In addition,it is also verified that the addition of anti-hydrolysis agent will not affect TMPTO's extreme pressure abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.
