摘要

介绍了炼铁原料中的铅锌杂质及其矿物特性,着重归纳了铅锌在高炉炼铁过程中的循环变化过程,分析了铅锌杂质在高炉炼铁中的影响与危害。针对高炉原料中的铅锌来源与循环分布特征,提出了应对高炉炼铁中铅锌危害的措施,展望了降低炼铁原料中的铅锌含量的研究方向。

Abstract

Lead-zinc impurities in iron-making raw materials and their mineral characteristics are introduced,with emphasis on the circulation change process of lead-zinc during the ironmaking process.The impacts and hazards of lead-zinc impurities on ironmaking are analyzed.In view of the source and circulation distribution characteristics of lead-zinc in ironmaking raw materials,some measures to deal with the hazards of lead-zinc in blast furnace ironmaking are put forward.The research directions to reduce the content of lead-zinc in ironmaking raw materials is prospected.
