摘要
建立了一种快速便捷的检测手段实现塑化剂灵敏检测。以前期合成的金三角片为基础,在其表面包覆银壳层,形成金-银核-壳纳米结构后作为SERS(表面增强拉曼散射)活性基底,结晶紫作探针分子具有较好的灵敏度和重现性,BBP(邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯)和DEHP(邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯)的检测灵敏性提高,检测限分别达到了10-9、10-7 mol/L,酒中BBP的检测限为1.3 mg/kg,Au@Ag纳米三棱锥作SERS基底为食品中的塑化剂检测提供了一种手段。
Abstract
A fast and convenient approach is developed to achieve sensitive detection of plasticizers.Gold-silver core-shell structure is formed by coating silver shell layer on the surface of gold nanotriangle sheets that are previously synthesized,and used as the active substrate of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS).It is demonstrated that the sensitivity and reproducibility of SERS active substrate is largely improved by using crystal violate as probe molecules.On the base of the SERS active substrate,the detection limits of butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) and di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) are improved,reaching 10-9 mol·L-1 and 10-7 mol·L-1,respectively.In addition,the detection limit of BBP spiked with wines achieves 1.3 mg·kg-1.As a result,Au@Ag nanopyramid as SERS-based substrate can provide a way to detect plasticizers existed in food and drinks.
