摘要

通过π-π非共价的方式合成了石墨烯-锰卟啉复合材料,并将其修饰到玻碳电极表面,通过差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)实现了对苯二酚异构体的同时测定。结果表明,在pH=5.0的乙酸-乙酸钠底液中,一定浓度范围内,苯二酚3种异构体的差分脉冲峰电流强度与3种异构体浓度之间呈良好的线性关系,电化学检测的线性范围分别为对苯二酚(HQ)5.0×10-6~2.0×10-3 mol/L、邻苯二酚(CT)5.0×10-6~2.0×10-3 mol/L、间苯二酚(RS)5×10-6~3×10-3 mol/L,相关系数R分别为0.999 5、0.998 6、0.999 6。表明该方法能灵敏、快速、准确地对3种异构体进行同时测定。

Abstract

Graphene-manganese porphyrin composite materials are synthesized by π-π stacking interaction way and applied on the surface of glassy carbon electrodes.Simultaneous determination of dihydroxybenzene isomers is achieved by means of differential pulse voltammetry (DPV).The results indicate that good linear relationships exist between the checking pulse peak current intensities and the concentrations of three dihydroxybenzene isomers,respectively within a certain concentration range in the sodium acetate solution with a pH value of 5.0.The linear concentration ranges are 5.0×10-6-2.0×10-3 mol·L-1 for hydroquinone,5.0×10-6-2.0×10-3 mol·L-1 for catechol and 5×10-6-3×10-3 mol·L-1 for resorcinol.The correlation coefficients are 0.999 5,0.998 6,and 0.999 6,respectively.It is proved that this method can determine three dihydroxybenzene isomers accurately,quickly and sensitively.
