摘要

在DMTO-Ⅱ装置上,C4+催化裂解工艺实现了与甲醇制烯烃工艺的耦合,实现了一种催化剂同时催化2个性质截然不同的反应。通过对C4+裂解技术的生产实践,摸索总结了相关工艺控制参数和技改技措经验,并经过设备和工艺的不断改进,成功实现了C4+裂解技术在甲醇制烯烃工艺中的应用。

Abstract

In a DMTO-Ⅱ plant,the coupling between C4+ alkenes catalytic cracking process and methanol to olefins process is achieved,in which,a single catalyst is used to catalyze two very different reactions at the same time.Through the industrial application of C4+ alkenes catalytic cracking technology,corresponding process control parameters and technical renovation experiences are explored and summed up.The C4+ alkenes catalytic cracking technology is successfully applied in methanol to olefins process after experiencing continuous improvements in equipment and technology.
