摘要

油田气是天然气的一部分。油田气中存在的酸性气体有严重危害,会导致金属管道和设备的腐蚀,影响其使用寿命。其中,H2S是有毒气体,未处理排放会污染环境和危害人类健康。为了降低腐蚀性气体的危害,结合当前常用脱酸工艺的原理,根据不同的酸气含量及现场环境要求,分别给出了相应的脱硫脱碳工艺,介绍了每种工艺的适用范围、经济性分析,针对不同净化工艺存在的问题给出了建议。对未来油田气的净化工艺进行了展望。

Abstract

Oilfield gas is a kind of natural gas.Acidic gases contained in oilfield gas has serious hazard,which can lead to corrosion of metal pipes and equipment,and affect their service life.Among these acidic gases,H2S is a toxic gas,and will pollute the environment and endanger human health if it is discharged before treatment.In order to reduce the harm of corrosive gases,according to different acidic gas contents and site environmental requirements,corresponding desulfurization and decarburization processes are presented according to the principle of common deacidification processes at present.The application scope and economic analysis of each process are introduced.Suggestions are given for the problems existing in different purification processes.The future gas purification process in oilfield is prospected.
