摘要

由于硫磺市场的萧条和环境保护的日趋严格,零排放的酸气回注已成为一种替代硫磺回收工艺的有效酸气处理方法,特别是针对低含H2S且处理量少的酸气。概述了酸气回注技术的发展历程和应用现状,并对国外的实际工程案例进行了分析,系统地阐述了酸气回注技术的理论研究、工艺流程、安全操作以及材质选择等相关问题。同时分析了酸气回注在中国的应用需求及客观条件,展望了该技术在中国的应用前景。

Abstract

Because of the increasing strict environmental protection regulations and the slack sulfur market,acid gas reinjection process,which can realize zero emission,is quickly becoming an effective acid gas treatment method replacing the sulfur recovery process,especially for a small volume of acid gas with low concentration of H2S.This review summarizes the development course and application status of acid gas reinjection technology,analyzes some actual foreign acid gas reinjection engineering cases,and describes systematically the theoretical research,process route,safe operation and material selection of acid gas reinjection.In addition,it analyzes the application demand and conditions for acid gas reinjection process in China and expects the application prospect of the process in China.
