摘要
天然淀粉因具有来源广泛、生物相容性、免疫原性好等优点,被广泛用作药物载体。天然淀粉通过化学改性接枝亲疏水基团可自组装形成核-壳结构,使其在药物递送方面成为良好的药物载体。针对肿瘤组织的特殊环境,通过接入刺激响应性或特异性识别基团,可对环境和特定组织作出响应达到"智能"释药效果。介绍了淀粉基聚合物的种类以及作为药物载体的应用,并描述了其作为药物载体的释药机制。
Abstract
Natural starch has been widely used as a drug carrier because of its wide source,biocompatibility and non-immunogenicity.It has attracted great attention from researchers for many years.Natural starch can self-assemble to form a core-shell structure by grafting with hydrophilic or hydrophobic groups through chemical modification,making it a good drug carrier for drug delivery.In view of the special environment of tumor tissue,the "smart" release effect can be achieved by responding to the environment and specific tissues by accessing stimulus responsiveness or specific recognition groups.This paper introduces the types of starch-based polymers and their applications as drug carriers,and describes their action mechanism as drug carrier is described.
