摘要

以均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)、4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为单体,N,N'-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,聚乙二醇-400和纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)为添加剂,水为凝胶剂,通过浸没沉淀相转化和化学亚胺化制备聚酰亚胺/纳米二氧化钛(PI/TiO2)杂化超滤膜。考察了添加剂用量对PI/TiO2杂化超滤膜纯水通量、截留率、耐溶剂性能的影响。红外光谱(FT-IR)分析结果表明,所制备的膜为聚酰亚胺膜且纳米TiO2粒子成功引入到膜中;扫描电镜(SEM)分析结果表明,添加剂用量调节了膜表层的致密性和支撑层的连通性。PEG-400、纳米TiO2质量分数分别为10%、0.2%时,PI/TiO2膜的纯水通量达到120.28 L/(m2·h),卵清蛋白的截留率达到97.31%。在11种有机溶剂中浸泡15 d后,PI/TiO2杂化膜仍具有良好的耐溶剂性能。

Abstract

Polyimide/nano TiO2 (PI/TiO2) hybrid ultra filtration membrane is prepared by means of immersion precipitation phase transformation and chemical imidation methods by using 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic anhydride (PMDA) and 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA) as monomers,N,N'-dimethyl acetamide (DMAc) as solvent,polyethylene glycol-400 and nano titanium dioxide (TiO2) as additives and water as gel forming agent.The effects of the dosage of additives on the pure water flux,rejection rate and solvent resistance of PI/TiO2 hybrid ultra filtration membrane are investigated.Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis verifies that the prepared membrane is just a polyimide membrane and nano TiO2 particles enter successfully into the membrane.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation shows that the density of the membrane surface layer and the connectivity of the support layer are regulated by the amount of additives.The pure water flux of PI/TiO2 membrane reaches 120.28 L/(m2·h) when the contents of PEG-400 and nano-TiO2 are 10 wt% and 0.2 wt%,respectively.The membrane's retention rate to ovalbumin can reach 97.31%.It is found that PI/TiO2 hybrid ultra filtration membrane remains good solvent resistance after being soaked in 11 kinds of organic solvents for 15 days.
