摘要

采用二次生长法在多孔α-Al2O3支撑体表面制备Sn-silicalite-2分子筛膜。通过XRD和FT-IR分析证明Sn原子进入MEL分子筛骨架,通过扫描电镜(SEM)表征膜结构。考察了Sn含量、进料温度和进料质量分数对渗透汽化性能的影响。结果表明,合成液中Sn/Si摩尔比为0.03时,Sn-silicalite-2分子筛膜具有最高的有机物选择性,并且随着进料温度的升高和进料质量分数的降低,渗透通量和分离因子均增大。在料液温度为70℃、进料质量分数为5%的条件下,合成液中Sn/Si摩尔比为0.03的Sn-silicalite-2分子筛膜分离乙醇/水、乙酸/水和DMF/水溶液的渗透通量分别为1.28、1.13、0.99 kg/(m2·h),分离因子分别为6.3、12.7和5.6。

Abstract

Sn-silicalite-2 molecular sieve membranes are prepared on the porous α-Al2O3 discs by means of secondary growth method.XRD and FT-IR prove that Sn atoms have entered the molecular sieve structure.The structure of the membrane is characterized by means of SEM.The effects of Sn content,feed temperature and feed concentration on the pervaporation performance of the membrane are investigated.It is shown that the membrane has the highest selectivity of organic substances,and the permeation flux and separation factors both increase as the feed temperature increases or the feed concentration decreases when the molar ratio of Sn/Si in the synthetic solution is 0.03.The permeation flux for ethanol/water,acetic acid/water and dimethyl formamide/water are 1.28 kg·m-2·h-1,1.13 kg·m-2·h-1 and 0.99 kg·m-2·h-1,respectively with a separation factor of 6.3,12.7 and 5.6 when the feed temperature is at 70℃,the feed concentration is 5 wt%,and the membranes that is prepared in the synthetic solution with a Sn/Si molar ratio of 0.03 is used.
