摘要

以[Rh(COD) Cl]2及SEGPHOS配体为原料,碳纳米管(CNTs)为载体,合成了一种新的非均相催化剂,并对制备的催化剂进行表征,同时研究其对N,N-二乙基香叶胺的不对称异构化的催化活性。结果表明,Rh配合物已成功加载到CNTs上,并且具有优异的催化活性。在最优工艺条件下香茅醛(E)-二乙烯胺可以定量获得。催化剂循环使用6次后,负载的Rh催化剂的结构仍然存在。催化活性的轻微降低是由于表面积的减少,但是通过延长反应时间也可以获得相同的结果。

Abstract

A new heterogeneous catalyst is synthesized from [Rh (COD) Cl]2 salt and SEGPHOS ligand,and with carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as the support.The prepared catalyst is characterized and its catalytic activity is investigated in the asymmetric isomerization of diethylgeranylamine.The results indicate that the Rh complex has been successfully loaded on CNTs,and excellent catalytic activity is observed.Citronellal (E)-diethylenamine can be quantitatively obtained under the optimized conditions.After being recycled for 6 times,the structure of the supported Rh catalyst remains existed and the catalytic activity declines slightly,possibly due to the decrease of the surface area.The excellent results can also be obtained with prolonged reaction time.
