摘要

建立了以亮绿作探针测定药物中地奥司明的快速、准确、高灵敏瑞利光散射(RLS)新方法。在pH 9.17的碱性溶液中,亮绿与地奥司明作用生成二元离子缔合物,使瑞利光散射信号明显增强并产生具有2个明显RLS峰的新瑞利散射光谱。在370 nm和469 nm波长处,地奥司明的质量浓度在一定范围内与体系的RLS增强强度的绝对值(|ΔIRLS|)呈线性关系,检出限分别为0.003 8 mg/L (370 nm)和0.004 3 mg/L (469 nm)。当用双波长RLS法测定地奥司明时,其检出限为0.002 0 mg/L。地奥司明的质量浓度在0.005~0.85 mg/L范围内与单波长法或双波长法的|ΔIRLS|呈线性关系。该法用于市售地奥司明药物中地奥司明的测定,加标回收率为98.4%~102%,相对标准偏差RSDn=5)为1.2%~1.7%。

Abstract

With bright green as a probe,a new highly sensitive Rayleigh light scattering (RLS) method is established for rapid and accurate determination of diosmin in drugs.In an alkaline solution of pH=9.17,bright green reacts with diosmin to form a binary ionic association complexes,which leads to a greatly enhanced Rayleigh light scattering signal of system and produces a new Rayleigh scattering spectrum with two obvious RLS peaks.At 370 nm and 469 nm wavelengths,the mass concentration of diosmin in a certain range is linearly related to the absolute RLS enhancement strength (|ΔIRLS|) of the system.The detection limits are 0.003 8 mg·L-1(370 nm) and 0.004 3 mg·L-1(469 nm),respectively.The detection limit is 0.002 0 mg·L-1 when the dual-wavelength RLS method is used for the determination of diosmin.The mass concentration of diosmin in the range of 0.005 mg·L-1 to 0.85 mg·L-1 is linearly related to|ΔIRLS|of single wavelength method or dual wavelength method of the binary ionic association complexes.The recovery rate of standard addition and RSD(n=5) are 98.4% to 102% and 1.2% to 1.7%,respectively as this method is applied to determine the content of diosmin in commercially available diosmin drugs.
