摘要

介绍了满足污染物新排放标准的硫磺回收尾气处理技术及路线选择。以某新建煤化工项目为例,分别从工艺流程、主要设备及公用工程消耗等方面对2种氨法脱硫技术方案进行了论述,并从投资及运行费用上进行比较和分析。结果表明,外送硫酸铵溶液的氨法脱硫方案更具优势。

Abstract

Several sulfur recovery tail gas treatment technologies that can meet new emission standard are introduced.Based on a certain new coal to chemical project,two ammonia-route desulphurization schemes are reviewed from aspects of process flow,key equipment and utilities consumption,and compared and analyzed from investment cost and operation expense aspects.The results show that the ammonia-route desulfurization method that can produce ammonium sulfate solution has more advantages.
