摘要
利用蒸氨法制备了不同Cu负载量的Cu/SiO2催化剂,对生物质平台化合物5-羟甲基糠醛进行常压气相催化加氢反应,合成新能源液体燃料2,5-二甲基呋喃。利用XRD、BET和TPR测试技术对催化剂结构进行了表征,考察了Cu负载量和反应温度对催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明,活性组分Cu高度分散于载体内,形成了具有高比表面积和适宜孔结构的层状硅酸铜结构,Cu与载体SiO2之间具有较强的相互作用,适宜的Cu负载量为25%。在反应温度为230℃、原料液空速为1.1 h-1、氢/醛摩尔比为90∶1的条件下,5-羟甲基糠醛的转化率可达100%,2,5-二甲基呋喃的选择性达94.6%。
Abstract
Cu/SiO2 catalysts with different Cu loading amounts are prepared via the ammonia evaporation method,and used in the synthesis of biomass liquid fuel 2,5-dimethylfuran (DMF) through gas phase hydrogenation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF),a biomass-derived platform chemical product.Structure of the catalysts is characterized by XRD,BET and TPR techniques.Effect of the loading amount of Cu and reaction temperature on catalytic performance of the catalysts is investigated.The results show that active component Cu disperses well in the supporters to form chrysocolla Cu2Si2O5(OH)3 with high specific area and appropriate hole size.Stronger interaction exists between Cu and supporters.Appropriate loading amount of Cu is 25 wt%.The conversion of 5-HMF can achieve 100% and the selectivity of DMF can reach 94.6% when reaction temperature remains at 230℃,liquid space velocity is 1.1 h-1 and the molar ratio of hydrogen/5-HMF is 90:1.
