摘要
以O3为氧化剂,H2O2为催化剂,无水甲醇为萃取剂,通过协同氧化—萃取方式脱除FCC柴油中的含硫化合物。利用气相色谱硫化学发光检测器测定FCC柴油和精制油中硫化物的分布和含量,利用傅里叶红外光谱仪对FCC柴油、氧化油以及精制油中所含官能团进行分析。同时考察了H2O2加入量、反应温度以及剂油比对FCC柴油脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,在质量分数为30% H2O2用量为5 mL、反应温度为50℃、反应时间为50 min以及剂油比为1∶1的最佳反应条件下,FCC柴油中的含硫化合物脱除率可达90.80%。
Abstract
Sulfur-containing compounds in FCC diesel are removed through co-oxidation and extraction way,with H2O2 as catalyst,O3 as oxidation agent and anhydrous methanol as extractant.Gas chromatography with sulfur chemiluminescence detector (GC-SCD) is applied to determine the distribution and concentration in raw FCC diesel and the refined diesel.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) is applied to analyze the functional groups in raw FCC diesel,oxidized diesel and refined diesel.The effects of the adding amount of H2O2,reaction temperature,reaction time and the agent/oil ratio on the desulfurization effect of FCC diesel are investigated.The results indicate that the removal rate of sulfur-containing compounds in FCC diesel reaches 90.8% under the optimal conditions that 5 mL of 30% (W) H2O2 is used,reaction temperature is set at 50℃,reaction lasts for 50 min and the ratio of agent/oil is 1:1.
