摘要
以Na2SeO3·5H2O和RhCl3·3H2O为前驱体,三缩四乙二醇(TEG)为溶剂和还原剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为稳定剂,采用二步微波法成功制备了形貌单一、大小较为均匀的RhSe2超薄纳米片,该纳米片呈皱褶状,平均粒径为400 nm。整个反应体系中,RhCl3、Na2SeO3、PVP最适宜摩尔比为1∶2∶15。利用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等技术对其结构进行了表征。
Abstract
Uniform and well-defined ultrathin RhSe2 nanosheets are prepared by means of a two-step microwave method with Na2SeO3·5H2O and RhCl3·3H2O as precursors,tetraethylene glycol (TEG) as solvent and reducing agent,and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as a stabilizer.The nanosheets show a creased shape with an average size of 400 nm.During the reaction process,Na2SeO3 is firstly irradiated for 15 s,and then RhCl3 is irradiated for 30 s.In the whole reaction system,the optimum molar ratio of RhCl3:Na2SeO3:PVP is 1:2:15.The samples are characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS).
