摘要
以NH4VO3和草酸为起始原料制备了纳米片结构的VO2(B)和VO2(M),并将所制备材料及V2O5应用于3,4-二氯甲苯及2,6-二氯甲苯(DCT)氨氧化制备相应二氯苯腈(DCBN),考察了不同钒氧化物在氨氧化过程中的化学组成和晶型结构变化及其对催化性能的影响。多种表征结果表明,氨氧化后的所有样品均由VO2(M)、V2O5及V6O13混合相组成。氨氧化测试结果表明,VO2(B)样品表现出较好的催化性能,获得的3,4-DCBN和2,6-DCBN的产率分别为55.9%和42.7%。
Abstract
VO2(B) and VO2(M) nanosheets are successfully synthesized by using NH4VO3 and oxalic acid as starting raw materials.The obtained nanomaterials as well as V2O5 are applied for the ammoxidation of 3,4-dichlorotoluene and 2,6-dichlorotoluene (DCT) to make the corresponding dichlorobenzonitrile (DCBN).This study aims to investigate the changes in chemical composition and crystal structure of various vanadium oxides in the ammoxidation process and their effects on the catalytic performance.Various characterization results indicate that all DCBN samples are made up of V2O4,V2O5 and V6O13 phases.Catalytic results show that VO2(B) sample exhibits better catalytic performance and the yielding rates of 3,4-DCBN and 2,6-DCBN over VO2(B) sample can reach 55.9% and 42.7%,respectively.
