摘要
以甲醇为原料,碘化锌为催化剂,于连续釜式反应器中制备2,2,3-三甲基丁烷(triptane),在反应温度为200℃、甲醇流量为5 mL/h条件下,考察了反应产物的基本情况及釜顶温度对反应性能的影响。结果表明,使用连续釜式反应器可以实现triptane的连续化生产;降低釜顶温度有利于反应的深度转化。在釜顶温度为170℃、反应压力为1 MPa条件下,甲醇转化率可达80%以上,2,2,3-三甲基丁烷收率达到8.7%。
Abstract
2,2,3-Trimethylbutane (triptane) is prepared in a continuous tank reactor with methanol as raw material and zinc iodide as catalyst.Basic information of the product and the effect of tank-top temperature on reaction performance are investigated at 200℃ and a methanol flow rate of 5 ml·h-1.It is indicated that the continuous production of triptane can be realized by using a continuous tank reactor;a lower tank-top temperature is beneficial to the deep conversion.The conversion rate of methanol can exceed 80% and the yield of triptane can reach 8.7% at 170℃ of tank-top temperature and 1 MPa of reaction pressure.
