摘要
为提高废铁屑厌氧腐蚀析氢的效率以及为废铁屑和废硫酸的处置提供新思路,以废铁屑和废硫酸为原料,考察了废铁屑添加量、废铁屑粒径、废硫酸pH、搅拌转速以及温度等条件对废铁屑厌氧腐蚀析氢反应的影响。结果表明,所有实验组均在2 h时析氢速率达到最大。在废硫酸pH为0的条件下,温度和转速对废铁屑的厌氧析氢反应影响基本无差别。考虑到成本及能耗,建议将废硫酸的pH设定为0,然后将废铁屑和废硫酸在室温下静置反应即可达到最大的析氢效果。
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of hydrogen evolution from spent iron scraps by anaerobic corrosion and supply a new idea for the disposal of spent iron scraps and spent sulfuric acid,by using spent iron scraps and spent sulfuric acid as raw materials,the effects of spent scrap iron dosage,scrap iron particle size,pH value of spent sulfuric acid,stirring rotational speed and temperature on the anaerobic hydrogen evolution from anaerobic corrosion of spent iron scrap are investigated.It is shown that the hydrogen evolution rates in all experimental groups reach the maximum at 2 h.When pH value of spent sulfuric acid is equal to zero,there is no difference between the effects of temperature and stirring rotation speed on the anaerobic hydrogen evolution of waste iron scrap.Considering the cost and energy consumption,it is suggested that the maximum hydrogen evolution effect can be achieved by setting pH value at 0,ambient temperature and no stirring.
