车载甲醇重整微型反应器研究进展

摘要

阐述了甲醇重整制氢的现实意义及车载甲醇重整微型反应器在燃料电池汽车中的重要性;介绍了不同甲醇重整制氢工艺的技术特点;并分析了车载反应器中合适的工艺技术。介绍了适用于车载反应器的甲醇重整催化剂的研究现状及微型反应器结构设计的研究现状,最后简述了车载甲醇重整气中CO的去除方法。分析结果表明,甲醇水蒸汽重整及自热重整适用于车载重整制氢,而研制低温下活性高、选择性好、成本低的催化剂是研究的主要方向。通过对反应器的结构、流道的优化可以使反应器更加高效,CO选择性高且活性高的催化剂在CO去除方法里尤为重要。

Abstract

The practical significance of methanol reforming for hydrogen production and the importance of vehicle-mounted methanol reforming micro-reactor in fuel cell vehicles are described.The technical characteristics of different methanol reforming processes are introduced.The suitable process technology for vehicle-mounted reactor is analyzed.Research advances in methanol reforming catalysts suitable for vehicle-mounted reactor is introduced.Current situation and research status of structure design of micro-reactor are presented.Finally,CO removal methods in methanol reforming gas on vehicle are briefly described.The analysis shows that both steam reforming and autothermal reforming of methanol are suitable for hydrogen production from on-board reforming.The main research directions shall focus on developing the catalysts with high activity,good selectivity and low cost at low temperature.The efficiency of the reactor can be greatly improved by optimizing the structure and the flow channels.The study of catalysts with high CO selectivity and activity is particularly important in the chemical methods of CO removal.
