摘要

介绍了CO变换凝液汽提系统投用前后对上下游装置操作运行和气化装置水系统的影响,通过对比投运前后水质分析可知,投用凝液汽提系统可以延长稳定运行周期,避免CO变换装置结晶的风险,可以回收酸性气和氨,同时可以降低下游全厂污水处理装置的运行负荷。

Abstract

The influences of CO shift condensate stripping system on the operation of upstream and downstream units and water system of gasification unit are introduced.By comparing the water quality analysis before and after operation,it can be seen that the condensate stripping system can extend the stable operation cycle and avoid the risk of crystallization in CO shift unit,and can recover acid gas and ammonia,and reduce the operation load of the sewage treatment facility of the whole plant.
