摘要
采用并流共沉淀法制备了CuO-ZnO-ZrO2、CuO-ZnO-Al2O3和CuO-ZnO-MgO 3种三元铜基催化剂,在固定床连续流动微型反应器上进行催化试验,对比了不同催化剂的活性评价结果,并利用XRD、H2-TPR、CO2-TPD、N2O滴定等手段对其进行表征。结果表明,ZrO2代替三元铜基催化剂中的Al2O3和MgO可大大提高催化剂的活性。在250℃、3 MPa的条件下,CuO-ZnO-ZrO2具有较高的催化活性,甲醇的选择性和产率在CuO-ZnO-MgO的基础上分别提高56%、58%,在CuO-ZnO-Al2O3的基础上分别提高31%、12%。
Abstract
Three kinds of ternary Cu-based catalysts ingcluding CuO-ZnO-ZrO2,CuO-ZnO-Al2O3 and CuO-ZnO-MgO are prepared by concurrent co-precipitation method,and their catalytic tests are carried out in a fixed-bed continuous flow micro-reactor.The activity evaluation results of these catalysts are compared,and these catalysts are characterized by XRD,H2-TPR,CO2-TPD and N2O titration.The results show that ZrO2 can give the catalyst higher activity than Al2O3 and MgO.CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 exhibits high catalytic activity at 250℃,3 MPa.The selectivity and yield of methanol over CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 are 56% and 58% respectively higher than that over CuO-ZnO-MgO,and 31% and 12% respectively higher than that over CuO-ZnO-Al2O3.
