摘要
综述了利用金属、非金属、稀土元素掺杂TiO2的研究现状,探究掺杂的实验过程,优化制备工艺,测试光催化的稳定性,促进光催化效率提高。
Abstract
Titanium dioxide can be applied in the field of photocatalysis.One dimensional TiO2 nanotubes show excellent performance in photocatalysis with highly ordered array structure and high specific surface area.However,its structure limits its catalytic capacity.Doping elements in TiO2 nanotubes can narrow band width and expand the absorption range of visible light,which has a broad application prospect.The research status of doping TiO2 nanotubes with metals,non-metals and rare earth elements is summarized,the experimental process of doping is explored,the preparation process is optimized,the stability of photocatalysis is tested and the efficiency of photocatalysis is improved.
