摘要
利用3,3'-二氯联苯胺(DCB)重氮盐酸盐与2-萘酚-6-磺酸钠盐偶合生成偶氮染料(统称为染料M),建立了偶合反应定量测定重氮盐浓度的新方法。并对染料M进行了一系列表征,确定了染料M的化学结构。同时确立了染料M测定的线性范围为0~68 mg/L,结果发现吸光度与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系。为工业生产中重氮盐浓度检测提供了一种简便快捷的方法。
Abstract
A new method for determining the concentration of diazonium salts is established by means of coupling of 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine (DCB) diazonium hydrochloride with 2-naphthol-6-sulfonic acid sodium salt to form azo dyes (dye M).A series of characterizations for dye M are carried out to determine its chemical structure.Meanwhile,the linear range to detect the concentration of dye M is determined in the range of 0-68 mg·L-1.It is found that the absorbance has a good linear relationship with the mass concentration.To some extent,this method provides a simple and quick way for the detection of diazonium salt concentration in industrial production.
