摘要
采用Hysys软件对连续重整装置预处理及重整反应部分进行了流程模拟,对预分馏塔及脱戊烷塔进行了工艺优化。结果表明,预分馏塔理论板数为45,进料位置为15~23,拔头油采出率为24.62%,回流比为3,脱戊烷塔顶采出率8.47%,侧线采出率8.47%,塔顶回流比4.7时,生成油中的苯质量分数由13.09%降至0.99%。
Abstract
The pretreatment and reforming reaction sections of the continuous catalytic reforming unit are simulated with Hysys software,and the processes of pre-fractionator and de-pentane tower are optimized.Results show that benzene content in reforming gasoline is reduced from 13.09 wt% to 0.99 wt% when the theoretical plate number,feeding stage,distillate ratio and reflux ratio of pre-fractionator is 45,15-23,24.62% and 3 respectively,and the distillate ratio,side draw ratio and reflux ratio of the de-pentane tower is 8.47%,8.47% and 4.7 respectively.
