摘要

兰州石化三叶公司为满足润滑油厂添加剂的标准要求,新建一套添加剂联合反应装置,该装置采用一步烷基化新工艺。装置运行标定情况表明,烷基化反应后,烷基水杨酸酸值可达135 mg/g,高碱度化反应后,烷基水杨酸钙碱值可达181 mg/g。二氧化碳的流量和通入量对碱值有很大影响,流量控制在0.83 kg/min比较适宜。钙化反应结束后升温蒸馏,釜内压力对产品浊度影响很大,严格控制压力在0.006 MPa以下。

Abstract

To meet the standard requirements of lubricating oil factory for additive,Sanye Company of PetroChina Lanzhou Petroleum Company constructs a new joint reaction unit to produce additive,which uses a new one-step process.Unit calibration data show that the acid number of alkyl salicylic acid after alkylation reaction can reach 135 mgKOH·g-1.The total base number (TBN) of calcium alkyl salicylate synthesized by high basicity reaction can reach 181 mgKOH·g-1.The flow and intake of carbon dioxide have a great influence on the TBN.Flow shall be controlled at 0.83 kg·min-1.In the process of heating distillation after calcification reaction,the pressure in the kettle has a strong effect on the product turbidity.The pressure must be controlled strictly below 0.006 MPa.
