电催化氧化降解对乙酰氨基酚的实验研究

摘要

通过单因素实验探究电催化氧化降解对乙酰氨基酚过程中时间、pH、电流密度、极板间距对其去除效率的影响。实验结果表明,在反应时间为120 min、初始pH为9、电流密度为20 mA/cm2、极板间距为1 cm的条件下,对乙酰氨基酚的去除效率达到90%以上;电催化氧化降解对乙酰氨基酚的过程符合伪一级动力学模型(R2>0.983)。GC-MS分析结果表明,电催化氧化降解对乙酰氨基酚过程中生成多种有机物,通过标准图谱对照分析,推断出降解过程中可能产生了乙醇酸、乙二酸、苯醌、丁二酸等物质。

Abstract

The effects of time,pH,current density and plate spacing on the removal efficiency of acetaminophen are studied via single factor experiment in the process of electrocatalytic oxidation.The results show that the removal rate of acetaminophen can exceed 90% when the reaction time is set for 120 min,pH=9,the current density is 20 mA·m-2 and the plate spacing is 1 cm.The degradation of acetaminophen via electrocatalytic oxidation method conforms to the pseudo-first-order kinetics model (R2>0.983).The results by GC-MS show that many organic substances are generated during the degradation of acetaminophen,which may possibly include glycolic acid,oxalic acid,benzoquinone,succinic acid and other substances through contrast analysis with standard mass spectral data.
