摘要
焦化废水以其成分复杂、难降解有机物多、COD排放不达标等问题,给环境带来了严重的威胁。采用合理的实验设计方案,探讨膜过滤结合Fenton法处理焦化废水。结果表明,在最佳铸膜液配比、凝固浴温度、预蒸发时间条件下,当添加剂TiO2-Fe3O4的质量分数为0.8%时,所制备出的改性膜具有最优的综合评分,其焦化废水通量达到115.23 L/(m2·h),COD截留率达到90.2%。该方法可为焦化厂的废水处理提供参考和借鉴。
Abstract
Coking wastewater,which is one of the difficulties in the treatment of industrial wastewater,poses a serious threat to the environment due to its complex composition,high levels of refractory organics and substandard COD discharge.This paper intends to use reasonable experiment design scheme to treat with coking wastewater by membrane filtration combining with Fenton method.It is shown from results that the best comprehensive grade point is gained by the membrane produced under the optimal test conditions including namely optimum ratio of casting solution,temperature of coagulation bath and pre-evaporation time,as the mass concentration of TiO2-Fe3O4 is 0.8%.By using this membrane to treat with coking wastewater,the flux can reach 115.23 L·m-2·h and the COD retention rate can reach 90.2%.This treatment method with such a membrane can provide a certain reference for coking plant wastewater treatment.
