摘要
制备了银离子复合多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极,并用于测定砖茶中的氟含量。采用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法对修饰电极进行表征。Fe2(SO4)3-NaF在修饰电极上显示出较好的电化学活性。对电解液pH、共存离子、扫描速率等实验条件进行了优化测试。在最佳条件下,电流响应与F-在5×10-4~1×10-7 mol/L (R2=0.973 8)范围内呈线性关系,检出限为7.8×10-8 mol/L (S/N=3)。用于砖茶样品的测定,回收率在94.8%~102.1%之间。
Abstract
A novel silver ion and multi-walled carbon nanotubes composite modified glassy carbon electrode (Ag-MWNT/GCME) is prepared for determining trace fluoride in brick tea.Ag-MWNT/GCME is characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV).Fe2(SO4)3-NaF exhibits good electrochemical activity on Ag-MWNT/GCME.Experimental conditions,including electrolyte pH,coexisting ions and scanning rate are studied and optimized.Under the optimal conditions,there exists linear relationship between the current response and the logarithm concentration of F- in the range from 5×10-4 to 1×10-7 mol·L-1(R2=0.973 8),with a detection limit of 7.8×10-8 mol·L-1(S/N=3).The average recovery of F- in the detection of brick tea ranges from 94.8% to 102.1%.
