摘要
以TBP为萃取剂,从POX工艺酸沉浓缩液中分离回收Mo、Re,分别考察了浓缩液pH、相比(O/A)、萃取时间、萃取温度等对Mo、Re萃取率的影响。结果表明,在25℃、pH=2、相比O/A=1∶2时,Mo的萃取率可达99.5%,Mo对Re的分离系数高达181左右;萃取Mo结束后,将萃余液pH调至-0.5左右,在25℃、相比O/A=1∶1条件下,Re的萃取率可达99.6%,Re对Mo的分离系数高达500左右。
Abstract
Mo and Re are extracted from the concentrate after acid precipitation in POX technology by using TBP as extractant.Effects of pH,the ratio of organic phase to aqueous phase (O/A),time and temperature on the extraction rates of Mo and Re are investigated.The results show that the extraction rate of Mo can reach 99.5% and the separation factor of Mo to Re is about 181 at 25℃,pH=2 and O/A=1:2.After extraction of Mo is completed,pH of the raffinate is adjusted to -0.5,the extraction rate of Re can reach 99.6% and the separation factor of Re to Mo is about 500 at 25℃ and O/A=1:1.
