摘要

利用液体表面张力作用,使金纳米三棱柱在乙醇与正己烷之间形成一层致密的膜,制备出高密度热点活性表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)基底,利用结晶紫(CV)探针分子考察了基底的SERS灵敏度和重复性,并检测了2种不同的塑化剂。结果表明,该基底对邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯(BBP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)的检测分别达到0.1 μg/g和0.05 μg/g,对酒中1.3 mg/kg的BBP也能检测到,该基底有望实现对食品的快速检测。

Abstract

A high-density hot spot active surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate film is prepared through making Au nanoprism form a layer of dense film between ethanol and N-hexane by means of liquid surface tension.The sensitivity and repeatability of SERS substrate film are evaluated by using CV probe molecule.It is also used to determine butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) and diethyl hexyl phthalate (DEHP).The results show that the substrate film can detect the contents of BBP and DEHP as low as 0.1 ppm and 0.05 ppm,respectively,and can detect accurately 1.3 mg·kg-1 of BBP in the wine.
