摘要
为了考察气体穿过反应器床层的压降,设计了π型离心甲烷化反应器。以有机玻璃为材质,搭建了π型离心甲烷化反应器的冷态试验装置,并且采用CFD软件对π型离心反应器的流场进行模拟计算。研究表明,实验结果验证了模拟结果是可靠的;气体在π型离心反应器中分布均匀;随着操作气速的增加,反应器压降增大;随着空隙率减小,反应器压降增大。此外,考察了粉尘浓度对反应器压降的影响,随着时间增加,反应器压降的稳定性不受影响。
Abstract
In order to study the pressure drop of gas across the reactor bed,a π centrifugal methanation reactor is designed.A π centrifugal methanation reactor cold test device is built from organic glass,and the flow field of π centrifugal reactor is simulated by using CFD software.It is verified through experimental results that the simulation results are reliable.Gas can distribute evenly in the π centrifugal reactor.The pressure drop of reactor increases with the increase of operating gas velocity.As the porosity decreases,the pressure drop increases.Moreover,the influence of dust concentration on reactor pressure drop is investigated.The stability of reactor pressure drop is not affected with time.
