摘要

介绍了催化轻汽油溶剂抽提脱硫工艺和醚化LNE-2工艺,并分别对抽提脱硫单元和醚化单元的操作参数及标定情况进行了分析。应用结果表明,醚化装置运行周期中期仍能保持较高的转化率,C5、C6叔碳烯烃转化率分别为92.95%、63.72%。醚化轻汽油产品硫含量可降至4.5 μg/g,烯烃质量分数降低了17.12%,很好地满足了生产国Ⅴ汽油的需求,并将甲醇调合到汽油中,发挥了增值效应。

Abstract

Both the light catalytic gasoline solvent extraction desulfurization process and the etherification LNE-2 process are introduced,and the operation parameters and calibration situation of the extraction desulfurization and etherification units are analyzed separately.Application results show that the etherification unit can still remain a higher conversion rate in the middle of operation period,with the conversion rates of C5 and C6 olefins reaching 92.95% and 63.72% respectively.The sulfur content in light etherified gasoline product drops to 4.5 μg·g-1 and the olefins content decreases by 17.12%,which can satisfy the requirements of China's V national standard for gasoline well.Besides,methanol can therefore be blended into gasoline.
