摘要
通过向纯铝中加入不同量的稀土元素Yb,制备了一系列Al-Yb合金。通过极化曲线、交流阻抗、恒电流放电等电化学测试,研究了合金在4 mol/L KOH碱性电解液中的电化学活性以及利用率。结果表明,Yb的加入能够提高铝放电时的电流密度,提升效率为50%,并且能够增加20%的利用率,显著提高铝-空气电池阳极的性能。不同的Yb质量分数对铝合金有不同的影响,通过一系列实验以及理论分析找出最佳质量分数为0.8%。
Abstract
A series of Al-Yb alloys are manufactured through adding different contents of Yb into pure aluminum matrix.Polarization curve,AC impedance,constant current discharge and other electrochemical tests are performed to study the electrochemical activity and utility ratio of Al-Yb anode in 4 mol·L-1 KOH electrolyte.The results show that the addition of Yb can improve the current density of aluminum discharge by 50% and the utility ratio by 20%.Different Yb contents have different influences on aluminum alloy,the optimum Yb content is determined as 0.8 wt% through a series of experiments and analysis.
