摘要

综述了目前有机-无机杂化钙钛矿材料的发展现状，分别对有机组分和无机组分替代元素的选择进行了讨论，并介绍了几种常用的有机-无机杂化钙钛矿材料的制备方法。

Abstract

Current development status of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials is reviewed.The selection of organic and inorganic component substitution elements is discussed separately,and the preparation methods of several commonly used organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials are also introduced.
