摘要

综述了含有硅氧烷、氟元素、低极性大体积官能团和其他可聚合单体的苯并环丁烯类树脂，并介绍其树脂的介电性、热稳定性和耐水性等性能。

Abstract

This paper reviews benzocyclobutene-based resins that contains siloxane,fluorine,low-polarity bulky groups and other polymerizable monomers,and introduces their dielectric properties,thermal stability and water resistance properties.
