摘要

分析了某天然气净化厂目前生产状况，根据现有装置、生产工艺建模，进行模拟计算，在满足二类天然气指标的前提下，得到模拟状态下的最佳生产工艺参数，并运用于实际生产中进行验证，达到优化工艺参数、提高产品气收率的目的。

Abstract

Current production status of a certain natural gas purification plant is analyzed.A model is built according to the existing facility and production process,and simulation calculation is carried out.Under the premise of meeting the second kinds of natural gas index,the best production process parameters are obtained under the simulation state and are verified through actual production.The purpose of optimizing process parameters and improving product gas yield is achieved.
